The latest edition of the All Things Local is currently beingdelivered through the doors of homes in Amber Valley and surrounding areas. The latest edition features a walk form St Clements in Horsley to the remains of Horsley Castle, details of the walk can be found by following the Horsley Walk Link, or by visiting the All Things Local webiste where details of events and services across Amber Valley can be found.

It appears that DerbyshireWalking was unavailable between sometime around 02:30 and 06:15 this morning (Sunday June 16th). I have no idea why this was but a request has been made to the hosting provider for an explanation.
15/06/2013: Headstone Tunnel Information Page
The Headstone Tunnel information page has been revamped with updated text in order to fix a couple of omissions regarding tunnel statistics.
25/05/2013: Pilsbury Castle Information Page
The Pisbury Castle information page has been revamped with updated text and images from the Hartington to Pilsbury Castle walk published in April.
20/05/2013: All Things Local June/July Edition Out Now
The latest edition of the All Things Local should be dropping through the door in the Ambervalley and surrounding areas, the latest edition features a walk through the grounds of Kedleston Hall, details of which can be found by following the Kedleston Walk Link for details of the route, or visit the All Things Local webiste for details of events and services across Amber Valley.
19/05/2013: PDF & GPX File Download Page
After the recent work on dfile downloads I thourght it may be nice to present all the downloads for the site in a single location as well as with the walk pages. So please visit the File Downloads page for all you DerbyshireWalking PDF and GPX downloads.
18/05/2013: GPX File Download Issue
Every now and then I had emails from site users stating that GPX files were opening in the browser rather than downloading. Well I believe that is now all sorted (even on Internet Explorer). A big thank you goes to John at ComPage.com for all his help and advice.
